I had a pretty good stay overall, especially for a last-minute booking. The family room we got was spacious and clean, which was a huge plus. However, the hot water situation was frustrating as it was unavailable after 10 AM, and the cold floors made it uncomfortable. The dining options were decent, but it would have been nice to have breakfast closer to our room.
